Delete Your Account

There are two ways to delete your AI Sadhu account and associated data.

Option 1: In-app deletion (recommended)

1. Open the AI Sadhu app
2. Tap the menu icon and go to Settings
3. Scroll to "Delete Account"
4. Follow the confirmation prompts (you will need to type DELETE to confirm)
5. Your account will be permanently deleted immediately

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to your account (lost your phone or cannot log in), you can request deletion by email:

1. Send an email to support@aisadhu.in
2. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
3. Include the phone number associated with your account
4. We will verify your identity and complete deletion within 30 days

What data is deleted

• Your profile and birth details
• All reading history and chat conversations
• Saved remedies and preferences
• Star (Nakshatra) credit balance
• Any active subscriptions (they are cancelled)

What data is retained

Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian Income Tax law. All personal identifiers are removed from these records; only anonymized transaction data remains for tax compliance.
