Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds
AI Sadhu subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Refund requests for subscriptions should be submitted through Google Play's refund process within 48 hours of purchase.
- Refunds within 48 hours of initial purchase: Eligible through Google Play
- Refunds after 48 hours: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period
2. Nakshatra (Credit) Refunds
- Unused Nakshatra credits purchased via top-up are eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been consumed
- Partially used credit packs are not eligible for refund
- Free credits and promotional credits are non-refundable
3. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using paid features:
- Contact us at support@aisadhu.in with details of the issue
- We will attempt to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- If the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a full refund or credit compensation
4. How to Request a Refund
- Google Play: Open Google Play → Account → Order History → Find the purchase → Request Refund
- Direct: Email support@aisadhu.in with your registered phone number and purchase details
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
