Welcome to AI Sadhu. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Sadhu mobile application ("App") operated by AI Sadhu ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Definitions

• "App" — The AI Sadhu mobile application
• "User" / "You" — Any person who accesses or uses the App
• "Services" — All features provided through the App including astrology readings, numerology, Lal Kitab analysis, palmistry, face reading, Vastu guidance, and AI-powered spiritual consultations
• "Nakshatras" / "Stars" — The in-app credit system used to access premium features
• "Content" — All text, images, data, and materials generated by or through the App

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide services to minors.

3. Account Registration

• Registration requires a valid Indian mobile phone number (+91)
• Authentication is via OTP (One-Time Password) through Firebase
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and account
• One account per phone number
• You must provide accurate birth details for astrological features to function correctly

4. Nature of Services

• Readings are generated using Swiss Ephemeris astronomical calculations and classical Vedic texts
• AI-powered interpretations are for guidance only and should not be the sole basis for major life decisions
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction or reading
• The App uses the Lahiri Ayanamsa for sidereal calculations

5. Subscription & Credits

5.1 Free Tier

• 3 premium one-time lifetime questions
• 3 Glimpse-depth questions per day
• Always free: Daily Guidance, Panchang, Birth Chart, Profile, Cosmic Weather

5.2 Nakshatra Packages (Top-Up)

• ₹49 for 250 Nakshatras (Stars)
• ₹149 for 900 Nakshatras (Stars)
• Top-up credits never expire

5.3 Premium Subscription

• ₹299/month — Unlimited access to all features
• No free trial period
• Auto-renews monthly unless cancelled

5.4 Question Depth & Cost

• Glimpse: 50 Nakshatras — Quick insight from 1 science
• Insight: 125 Nakshatras — Detailed analysis from 2-3 sciences
• Revelation: 250 Nakshatras — Deep multi-science convergence with remedies

6. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through Google Play Billing
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

7. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, code, algorithms, convergence engine, classical text database, and AI models, is the intellectual property of AI Sadhu
• The "AI Sadhu" name, logo, and brand are proprietary
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App
• Your birth chart and personal readings belong to you — you may export them at any time

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm others

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any prediction, reading, or guidance will be accurate
• The App will meet your specific expectations
• Results from astrological calculations are guaranteed

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Sadhu shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on the App or its guidance
• Any decisions or actions taken based on the App's content
• Any inaccuracies or errors in readings or recommendations
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Unauthorized access to your account

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Sadhu from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the App's Settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, all your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Unused Nakshatras are non-refundable upon account deletion

13. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India
• We encourage resolution through our Grievance Officer before pursuing legal action

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
